POS Supply Solutions sells all sorts of supplies, like paper rolls and ribbons. They were giving their brand a big refresh, and their old NetSuite e-commerce site (SuiteCommerce) just didn’t match their cool new identity anymore.
The big goal? They didn’t just want a pretty website. It had to be super easy to use, look great, and be built smartly on their existing NetSuite platform. They needed a team that was totally fluent in the complex SuiteCommerce platform.
The theme needed a full makeover—new look, smoother call to actions (to find products, checking out, etc), and a fully responsive design that worked perfectly on phones and desktops.

SuiteLabs collaborated with Gilded Grid to give POS Supply Solutions a complete, responsive e-commerce redesign on SuiteCommerce. Our approach was simple: let’s work together, be efficient, and use our deep NetSuite know-how.
We teamed up directly with their designer, making sure the final site was exactly what they pictured. We focused on:
- Modern Look & Feel: Creating a clean, modern vibe for the whole store (homepage, categories, product pages, and checkout).
- Easy Navigation: Revamping the main menu so customers could find what they needed, fast!
- Smart Tech: Using SuiteCommerce's power to make global design changes quick and painless—no more manual page-by-page edits!
What stood out most was their willingness to collaborate directly with both me and my designer, and their ability to clearly explain technical concepts in a way that made sense to someone without a technical background.
