The Challenge: Time for a Fresh Look!
POS Supply Solutions sells all sorts of supplies, like paper rolls and ribbons. They were giving their brand a big refresh, and their old NetSuite e-commerce site (SuiteCommerce) just didn't match their cool new identity anymore. The big goal? They didn't just want a pretty website. It had to be super easy to use, look great, and be built smartly on their existing NetSuite platform. They needed a team that was totally fluent in the complex SuiteCommerce platform. The theme needed a full makeover—new look, smoother call to actions (to find products, checking out, etc), and a fully responsive design that worked perfectly on phones and desktops. Key Objective: Complete UI/UX redesign on NetSuite SCA without sacrificing ERP backend integration.
